UNLOCKING YOUR ACCOUNT
If you have been locked out of your account you can easily unlock it again by resetting your password. Make sure you have the email you registered on your TAB account handy before you begin.
To unlock your account:

1. You will have received a message telling you: “Login failed, your account is locked.”
2. Click on “Forgotten Username or Password?”

3. Enter your username and the email address registered to your TAB account.
4. Hit “Send My Request” and we will email details on how to reset your password.
