RaceTracker is changing to Favourites
With the launch of our new website and mobile app, we’re going to be introducing a number of exciting new products and services. As such, we’ll be cleaning up your Racetracker data and turning it into your new list of Favourites. We’ve done our best to match as many of your current ‘Racetracker’ selections so they’re available on the new site but you may find that some Runners were unable to be matched.
What this means for you
Racetracker will be replaced by “Favourites”. Once our new site is live, you’ll have one list of Favourites, including some of your previous RaceTracker selections – runners, jockeys/drivers, trainers, sires and venues.

Following the launch, If one of your RaceTracker selections isn’t in your Favourites – you can add them in as they run, by clicking on the Favourites icon from either the Racecard while you’re checking out form, from the Results page or from your list of bets.

You’ll continue to receive notifications about when your Favourites are running and can choose whether you want a summary morning email, a text (for runners) one hour before the race (costs 20 cents) or be notified in the mobile app.
What you need to do
When the new site launches, just set your preferred notification methods and choose the Favourites you want to be notified about as they run.
