There will be two ways for a customer to self exclude.  
Option 1 -"Take a Break", this puts a temporary stop on your account for either a system selected time or a self selected period. When the end date is reached the account automatically restarts. You can do this yourself from your account dashboard under Responsible Betting.
Option 2 - is designed so that either we choose or with consultation, a customer chooses to exclude permanently. This is accordance with NZRB Policy and prohibits the customer from ever owning a TAB Account.
